Seeking Vocational Education and Training (VET) Trainers and Assessors
TLK Community College is seeking expressions of interest from enthusiastic, qualified and experienced Trainers and Assessors (Casual or Contractor) seeking to work with a committed team to deliver accredited training qualifications (face-to-face and distance delivery where applicable) in one or more of the following areas:
• Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
• Certificate IV in School Age Education and Care
• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
• Professional Development (In-Service) Workshops
• Certificate II in Community Services
• Certificate II in Conservation and Land Management
• Certificate III in Information, Digital Media and Technology
• Certificate I and II in Foundational Skills (Language, Literacy and Numeracy).

If you have an in-depth knowledge of your subject area, understand how adults learn, hold experience in course planning, delivery and review and most importantly, have a demonstrated passion for teaching, we would love to hear your ideas. We are open to creative, different, current, new or popular course proposals to offer our students.

We are seeking applications from community-minded people with a sincere interest in the adult and community education and vocational training sectors to join our not-for-profit incorporated association’s Board of Management. Working together, board members set objectives and strategic direction for the programs and services of the college and help facilitate community engagement. Board member skills focus on governance, financial planning, policy development and marketing. Meetings are held every two months on the fourth Thursday of the month. Our annual general meetings are held in April each year. Members serve on a voluntary basis and receive free training. If you would like this opportunity to use and develop your leadership skills, gain personal and professional development and contribute to the forward movement of the organisation call us now.
