This unit describes the skills and knowledge required to perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) in line with the Australian Resuscitation Council (ARC) Guidelines.
This unit applies to all workers who may be required to provide CPR, in a range of situations, including community and workplace settings. You must enrol at least two weeks prior to the start date, upon which you will be given a First Aid Workbook to be completed and brought to class. A Statement of Attainment will be issued upon successful completion.
You will need to provide a USI (Unique Identification) number on enrolment in this class. You can create your own USI on your SmartPhone, Tablet or Computer at: http://usi.gov.au/create-your-USI/Pages/default.aspx
What to Bring
- Pen and paper.
- Completed First Aid Workbook (to be picked up or will be posted to you at least a week prior to the class).
PLEASE NOTE: Photo identification is required when attending as part of nationally recognised course requirements.
